Rohana Forged

• Step 1 | Designing & Engineering:
  • The design phase is a critical part of producing a forged wheel, laying the groundwork for all subsequent manufacturing steps. This stage requires meticulous attention to multiple factors to guarantee that the resulting product is aesthetically pleasing, effective, and secure. Every design is meticulously engineered to accommodate brake clearances and is subjected to a Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tailored to the specific vehicle.
• Step 2 | Lathe:
  • In the lathe operation, pre-formed cylindrical aluminum pieces known as wheel blanks are affixed to a lathe machine and spun at a rapid pace. A cutting instrument, directed by the machine, trims away material from the blanks, sculpting them into the intended wheel design. The accuracy of this lathe procedure is vital, as it impacts the wheel’s precision and stability. The outcome is a wheel characterized by exact dimensions, uniform thickness, and a polished finish.
• Step 3 | CNC Milling:
