Rohana Forged

• Step 1 | Designing / Engineering:
  • The design phase plays a crucial role in forged wheel production, setting the foundation for all manufacturing steps. This stage requires meticulous attention to ensure the wheels are visually stunning, highly functional, and safe. Each design is tailored to accommodate brake clearances and undergoes Finite Element Analysis (FEA) specific to the vehicle.
• Step 2 | Lathe:
  • During the lathe operation, cylindrical aluminum blanks are rapidly rotated and precisely trimmed by cutting tools to form the desired wheel shape. This step ensures dimensional accuracy, uniform thickness, and a polished finish, which are essential for stability and precision.
• Step 3 | CNC Milling:
  • CNC milling uses advanced computerized programs to shape the wheel blank according to detailed design blueprints. This process allows for the creation of intricate geometries and complex designs with unmatched precision, producing a wheel with exact dimensions and a refined surface ready for final finishing.
• Step 4 | Engraving:

• Step 5 | Finishing:
