Rohana Forged

• Step 1 | Designing / Engineering:
  • The design phase is a crucial step in forged wheel production, laying the groundwork for the entire manufacturing process. This stage requires meticulous attention to ensure the wheel is both visually appealing and structurally sound. Designs are tailored to specific vehicles, accommodating brake clearances and undergoing Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Step 2 | Lathe:
  • During the lathe process, cylindrical aluminum blanks are spun at high speeds and trimmed with precision tools to shape the initial wheel design. This step ensures uniform thickness, accurate dimensions, and a polished finish, which are essential for the wheel’s stability and performance.
• Step 3 | CNC Milling:
  • CNC milling uses advanced computerized technology to craft the wheel blank according to exact design specifications. This highly precise process creates intricate geometries and refined details, resulting in a wheel with accurate dimensions and a smooth surface ready for finishing.
• Step 4 | Engraving:

• Step 5 | Finishing:

• Step 6 | Assembly & Quality Control:
