Rohana Forged

• Step 1 | Designing / Engineering:
  • The design phase is pivotal in creating forged wheels, establishing the foundation for all manufacturing stages. This process demands precise attention to ensure the wheels are visually appealing, functional, and safe. Each design accommodates brake clearances and undergoes Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tailored to the specific vehicle.
• Step 2 | Lathe:
  • During the lathe operation, cylindrical aluminum blanks are rapidly spun and precisely trimmed by cutting tools to shape the wheel design. This stage ensures accuracy in dimensions, uniform thickness, and a polished finish, which are essential for wheel precision and stability.
• Step 3 | CNC Milling:
  • CNC milling employs a computerized program to shape the wheel blank with high precision, following detailed specifications from the design blueprint. This process produces complex geometries and intricate details, resulting in a wheel with exact dimensions and a refined surface, ready for finishing.
• Step 4 | Engraving:
  • The engraving step concludes the production process, using specialized tools to etch decorative patterns or logos onto the wheel surface. This final touch adds a unique and bespoke aesthetic, setting the wheel apart from others.
• Step 5 | Finishing:
