The REMARK Triple Tip Exhaust System features a purpose-driven design that retains OEM valve control function for loud and quiet operation modes. The outer pipes have a 2-inch outer diameter, and the system incorporates a long tube length with small canisters for effective sound control when the exhaust valve is closed. When the 3-inch valve opens, controlled by the OE exhaust valve motor, the exhaust flow is directed into a straight 3-inch pipe equipped with a small, straight-through muffler. This configuration ensures low restriction and high flow, which is particularly advantageous in the upper RPM range. The use of varying pipe sizes and multiple small canisters ensures the system fits seamlessly with the OE diffuser.

Front Pipe & Mid-Pipe

• The system includes a 3-inch front over pipe with a high-quality flex tube, enabling the mid-pipe to maintain a full 3-inch diameter. It also features a large, straight-through resonator. Unlike systems compatible with the factory front over pipe, this design avoids reducer or step-down transitions, maintaining a consistent 3-inch diameter from the downpipe / catalytic converter back. Note that this system is not compatible with the factory front over pipe, as it eliminates any under-3-inch sections for optimal performance.

Sound

• This exhaust system is designed for enthusiasts seeking an aggressive, bold sound profile. When the exhaust valve opens, the sound becomes even more spirited and intense. For those looking for a quiet system, this may not be the ideal choice.
• When the valve is closed, the system produces a robust and assertive tone. When opened, it becomes wilder, especially in Sport or R mode. While there is some noticeable drone between 3000 and 4000rpm during freeway cruising, switching to Comfort mode immediately suppresses it as the exhaust valve closes. With the valve open in Sport or R mode, no drone was detected in the mid-to-high RPM range (4000rpm to redline), making it ideal for spirited driving and track use.
• The overall sound difference between the exhaust valve’s open and closed positions is subtle in terms of volume but distinct in tone and drone presence, especially in lower RPMs.
