Hand-built in England since 1979 from aerospace-grade T304 stainless steel, every system carries the coachbuilt expertise that has made QuickSilver an original-equipment partner to marques including Aston Martin. Its Sound Architect valve control places two distinct characters at your fingertips: a refined, unobtrusive calm for the long journey, and a full-blooded performance note the instant the mood takes you. It is precisely the sort of considered, quietly exclusive upgrade a vehicle of this stature deserves.

Design and Performance

Designed and developed by our in-house Titan division this exhaust features a Titanium silencer and integrated balance pipes to diversify the sound in pitch and volume and remove the unnecessary valves that dilute this vehicle’s performance and natural sound. The QuickSilver exhaust provides a sound that is directly connected to the driver’s right foot. This system also removes an impressive 5.8 kilos from the rear of vehicle helping to improve weight related performance. The result is a truly spectacular sound giving a full, almost old-fashioned, Aston Martin experience. We offer two Versions of this system, an Active Valve version which has two different paths for the exhaust gasses to pass through (Loud and Less Loud!) this is determined by a Valve controlled by the driver. We also offer a NON valved system for the Aston Martin Purist which reduces the weight even further and only has one direct (Loud) free flowing path for the gasses to follow. Electronic/Pneumatic Valves – Retains OEM (in-vehicle) functionalityOur active valve sport exhaust systems contain two separate gas paths, and an electronic or pneumatic flap-valve that decides which path is taken. Both have two distinct levels of sound and are slightly louder than stock. With the valves closed, the system takes on a more civilised note and when they’re open, you’re given a sporty note throughout the rev range. These valves are integrated into the vehicle’s existing controls and function depending on the ECU mapping. This can then be further manipulated either with the dedicated exhaust button or by switching the driving modes.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest.
