Does the NOVITEC Sport Spring Set for LB724 Huracán replace the dampers?

No. The NOVITEC Sport Spring Set for LB724 cars replaces the four factory springs only. The original dampers stay on the car and keep their factory adjustment, and no dampers are included in the box. Adjustable damping and ride height call for a coilover system instead.

Which version do I need, with or without Magneto dampers?

Match the springs to the dampers fitted to the car. Part L5 222 03 is calibrated for Huracán models with Magneto adaptive dampers, and part L5 222 04 is for cars on conventional dampers. The build specification shows which system the car has, and Bulletproof Automotive can help confirm it before ordering.

Will the NOVITEC springs work with the Huracán nose lift?

Yes. NOVITEC designed the springs to work with the factory front lift, so the nose can still be raised over driveways and ramps. Lowering can cause the lift system to log fault codes, which replacement level sensor links prevent. The links are available as an option at checkout, priced separately for the STO and Tecnica.

How much do the NOVITEC springs lower the Huracán?

NOVITEC quotes a reduction of about 35 mm in ride height. The exact figure on a given car depends on its variant, wheels, tires and alignment, so expect a visibly smaller gap between tire and wheel arch rather than a precise number. Lowering also brings the center of gravity down.

Is professional installation needed for the Huracán sport springs?

Yes, it is strongly recommended. Fitting the springs means removing each strut, compressing and swapping the springs safely and reassembling everything to the factory torque values. A four-wheel alignment is needed afterwards because the lower ride height changes the suspension geometry, and nose lift cars should have the level sensor links fitted at the same time.

Description

NOVITEC Sport Spring Set for LB724 Lamborghini Huracán

NOVITEC’s Sport Spring Set for LB724 Lamborghini Huracán lowers the car by about 35 mm, NOVITEC’s own figure, while the factory dampers, their drive-mode adjustment and the nose lift stay in service. The V10 coupe or Spyder sits lower over its wheels with a lower center of gravity, and the suspension Lamborghini calibrated keeps working as designed. NOVITEC has built Huracán programs since the car’s first model years, originally under its Torado name. Owners after adjustable ride height and damping belong on coilovers; for a lower, tauter Huracán on its own suspension, this is the considered choice.

Design and Performance

A spring only works on a Huracán when it suits the damper behind it, so NOVITEC builds the Sport Spring Set for LB724 cars in two calibrations: L5 222 03 for cars with Magneto dampers, whose magnetorheological fluid varies damping electronically, and L5 222 04 for cars on conventional dampers. Both close the gap between tire and arch, and both keep the factory front lift working for driveways and ramps.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
