On slicks, a race-prepared S1 Elise lives or dies by its tire temperatures. If the fronts run hotter than the rears, the car starts pushing halfway through a stint. If the rears overheat, the balance turns nervous on corner exit. Damping is one of the most effective tools for managing that balance, and the Nitron Elise RacePro 3 coilover kit gives you full control over it. It’s built to Nitron’s full-race specification around a 46mm piston, with independent adjustment of rebound, low-speed compression and high-speed compression at every corner. Low-speed compression and rebound control how quickly load moves onto each tire through braking, turn-in and exit. That lets you shift work from one end of the car to the other and keep both axles in their operating window. High-speed compression is set separately to handle curbs and sharp bumps. Hose-mounted reservoirs front and rear keep the compression adjusters easy to reach between sessions. Mounting brackets are included, so the Nitron S1 Elise RacePro 3 bolts into the factory double wishbone suspension with nothing extra to source.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer.
