The Nitron Ferrari 308 NTR-R3 Coilover Kit is for 308 GTB and GTS owners who want to tune the suspension properly, with separate control over how the car moves on its springs and how it handles bumps. The Ferrari 308 NTR-R3 gives each corner four independent adjustments, high speed and low speed for both compression and rebound, and it uses hose-connected reservoirs at the front and the rear. Adjustable spring perches set ride height, race springs come with the kit, and the rear keeps the OEM suspension type. If the R1 does not give you enough to work with, the Ferrari 308 NTR-R3 is the next step for a car that is driven hard.

Specialized Bi-Axis Hose Fittings

With reservoirs on hoses at every corner, how each hose leaves its damper decides how clean and secure the installation is. Nitron fits Bi-Axis connectors that rotate 720 degrees on two axes, so you can turn each hose toward its reservoir before you tighten it. That gives every line, front and rear, a short, natural path with no tight bends or tension on the fitting, which matters in a car with limited space around the suspension.

Unique Technology

The 308 carries its V8 behind the seats, so what the rear does under power and on corner exit matters as much as the front’s turn-in. The Ferrari 308 NTR-R3 splits the work into two layers. Low speed compression and rebound control body movement, so they set how the car dives, rolls, and squats. High speed compression and rebound deal with sharp inputs such as a ridge, a pothole, or a rough patch in a corner, so they set how well the tires stay on the road. With four independent settings you can calm a rough surface without changing how the car turns in. The dampers are passive nitrogen-pressurized monotubes with remote reservoirs, hand assembled to order in the UK and fitted with race springs.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse.
