NISMO’s DOHC Cylinder Head Conversion Kit for Nissan L-Series Inline-Six Engines gives the L-series six from the S30 Fairlady Z the twin-cam, 24-valve head it never had from the factory: a new aluminum casting with a 35.1cc chamber machined for an 89mm bore and a silent chain drive made for this kit alone. NISMO’s prototype made about 300PS (221kW) and revved to 7,500rpm. Only 300 sets make up the 2026 model, each sold to a buyer who names the car and the specialist who will build it: a commissioned engine program, not a bolt-on part.

Special order items from overseas take considerably longer.
