This feature not only reveals the outer lip color but also minimizes the center weight of the wheel. The collection establishes the industrial standard for the seamless synthesis of design and performance, featuring 360-degree surfacing alongside complex engineering, evoking thoughts of cutting-edge supercars. Every wheel is also decorated with their 4 Piece Spoke-Lite® caps, fitted with customary titanium bolts, twill or forged carbon logos, and cut-through pocketing. There’s no doubt that this collection represents the pinnacle of bespoke wheel creation.

MV Forged introduces the 2-piece Duo configuration, an innovation in two-piece duoblock construction. The primary aim of this configuration is to offer a lightweight, engineered-to-order alternative to the standard forged monoblock, constructed from robust aluminum. The “Duo-Block” puts forward an entirely fresh appearance, merging the versatility of a three-piece structure with the performance and ride quality of a single piece. This configuration comes with the option of fully concealed or visible hardware.

Spoke-Lite™ Undercutting

• The latest wheel designs offered by Spoke-Lite™ now include their distinct Spoke-Lite™ Register feature. This characteristic helps to achieve a reduction in weight by around 10%, and it also exposes the underlying carbon fiber across the register. Spoke-Lite™ has further incorporated Scallop Undercutting, which significantly reduces both the total weight and the Un-sprung Mass of each wheel that they manufacture. This novel development entails the method of scalloping the edges of the spokes, forming an “I-Beam” cross-section all along its length. This process effectively balances the relationship between strength and weight.

Hub Pocketing

• Through-Hub Pockets, situated between lug holes, are used as a standard feature in every design to enhance heat dissipation efficiency and alleviate load on the wheel hub. There are five individual build configurations available, each designed to incorporate advanced details to suit personal tastes and requirements. Every package boasts a unique identity, signified by its engraved serial number, load rating, and specifications.

4-Piece Caps

• Every set of Spoke-Lite™ Wheels is accompanied by a standard 4-Piece cap. They provide cap options, which give the opportunity to incorporate accent colors to the wheels using a wide array of colored logos.

Standard Titanium Hardware / Text Fill

• Each wheel of the Spoke-Lite™ range incorporates concealed Grade 5 Titanium bolts. The titanium components employed are half the weight of regular steel hardware used by other brands. Furthermore, they offer a tensile strength of 950 MPa and resistance to corrosion. These features cumulatively help to decrease over an extra 1.5lbs per wheel.

• MV Forged 4 piece caps can be combined with twill or forged carbon fiber logos. You can match the caps to the wheel or expose an accent color (contact us) through the Spoke-Lite top piece. These caps are paired with grade 5 titanium bolts in either silver, black, gold or burnt options.
