MV Forged’s introduction of the 2-piece Duo configuration marks an innovation in dual-component duoblock wheels. The objective here is to provide an alternative that is lighter than the standard monoblock but equally robust, created from high-grade aluminum. The “Duo-Block” offers a unique aesthetic that combines the flexibility of a three-piece assembly with the singular performance and ride quality of a monoblock, and it is available with either fully hidden or exposed hardware options.

Spoke-Lite™ Undercutting

• The contemporary designs from Spoke-Lite™ are enhanced with the distinctive Spoke-Lite™ Register, which plays a role in achieving an approximate 10% weight reduction while also unveiling the carbon fiber weave within the register. The integration of Scallop Undercutting by Spoke-Lite™ further lessens both the total weight and the Un-sprung Mass of their wheels. This innovative technique involves scalloping the edges of the spokes to create an “I-Beam” cross-section, a design that ensures an optimal balance of durability and lightness.

Hub Pocketing

• Incorporating Through-Hub Pockets between the lug holes is a standard practice for every design, aimed at improving heat dissipation and reducing strain on the wheel hub. 4-Piece Caps

Standard Titanium Hardware / Text Fill

• The Spoke-Lite™ series features wheels outfitted with hidden Grade 5 Titanium bolts, which are notably lighter than the steel hardware commonly used in the industry. These titanium bolts provide the advantages of a tensile strength of 950 MPa and excellent corrosion resistance, which collectively contribute to a reduction of more than 1.5 pounds per wheel.
