MV Forged has perfected a one-piece forging process to produce a mono-block wheel that combines lightweight construction with custom engineering, offering an elevated alternative to standard OEM wheels with enhanced ride quality and performance.

Spoke-Lite™ Undercutting

• The revamped wheel designs from Spoke-Lite™ now feature the exclusive Spoke-Lite™ Register, achieving approximately a 10% weight reduction while also displaying the carbon fiber detail within the register. Spoke-Lite™ enhances its wheels further with Scallop Undercutting, significantly slashing both the overall weight and Un-sprung Mass. This technique sculpts the spokes’ edges into an “I-Beam” shape, meticulously balancing strength with weight.

Hub Pocketing

• Spoke-Lite™ has integrated Through-Hub Pockets across all designs to improve heat dissipation and reduce stress on the wheel hub. Offering five distinct build configurations, each is tailored with unique detailing, identified by a distinct serial number, load rating, and specific dimensions.

4-Piece Caps

• Each Spoke-Lite™ wheel ensemble includes a standard 4-Piece cap, which allows for a high degree of personalization with an extensive palette of colored logos, providing customers the option to accent their wheels distinctively.

• MV Forged 4 piece caps can be combined with twill or forged carbon fiber logos. You can match the caps to the wheel or expose an accent color (contact us) through the Spoke-Lite top piece. These caps are paired with grade 5 titanium bolts in either silver, black, gold or burnt options.
