• In MV Forged’s wheel designs, Undercutting is a key technique, markedly reducing the overall weight and un-sprung mass of the wheels. This method involves shaping the sides of the spokes into an “I-Beam” cross-section, thus maximizing the strength-to-weight ratio.

Hub Pocketing

• MV Forged incorporates Hub Pockets between lug holes in its designs, a feature that significantly improves heat dissipation and reduces the un-sprung mass/weight at the wheel hub.
