• MV Forged incorporates Undercutting in its wheel designs, effectively reducing the overall weight and un-sprung mass. This process involves sculpting the sides of the spokes into an “I-Beam” cross-section, maximizing the strength-to-weight ratio.

Hub Pocketing

• Through-Hub Pockets between lug holes are a standard aspect of MV Forged’s wheel designs. This innovation improves heat dissipation and decreases the un-sprung mass/weight at the wheel hub. The designs are available in five unique build configurations, each showcasing distinct, innovative details, with each wheel set marked by a unique serial number, load rating, and specifications.
