• MV Forged integrates Scallop Undercutting into every design, significantly reducing overall weight and unsprung mass. This method involves sculpting the sides of the spokes into an “I-Beam” cross-section, optimizing the balance between strength and weight.

Hub Pocketing

• Each MV Forged wheel includes standardized Through-Hub Pockets between the lug holes to enhance heat dissipation and further reduce hub weight. The brand offers five specialized build configurations, each with custom-developed details, and marks every wheel set with a unique serial number, load rating, and full specifications.
