• In the process of wheel design, MV Forged utilizes an undercutting technique, essential for substantially reducing the overall weight and un-sprung mass. This effectiveness is achieved by carefully sculpting the sides of the spokes into an “I-Beam” cross-section, which significantly enhances the strength-to-weight ratio.

Hub Pocketing

• Hub Pocketing is a prominent feature in the wheel designs by MV Forged. With Hub Pockets strategically positioned between lug holes, they are integral in boosting heat dissipation and reducing the un-sprung mass/weight at the wheel hub.
