Moshammer Front Spoiler Evo2 is the more developed of the two 991 Turbo lips, and the differences are all in the air. Refined air management and carefully placed side wings let the spoiler optimise flow across the front of the car while leaving the functionality of Porsche’s active aerodynamic front spoiler untouched. It integrates with the factory front bumper with ease, so the car simply looks lower and more purposeful rather than modified, which is the OEM+ standard Moshammer holds itself to in Berlin. The part is delivered unpainted, installs using the original screw points and clips, and includes a TUV parts certificate (§19.3). It suits 991.1 and 991.2 Turbo and Turbo S cars, including those with the SportDesign Aero Kit.

Design Evolution

Where the Evo1 was a single clean lip, the Evo2 adds carefully placed side wings and a more articulated leading edge. The effect on a 991 Turbo is a nose that looks deliberately planted, with the wings drawing the eye outward to the car’s already generous track. It is the more expressive of the pair, though still restrained enough to be mistaken for a factory option.

Air Management

Moshammer’s stated focus for the Evo2 was refined air management, and the geometry reflects that in how air is guided around the front corners rather than simply blocked. Crucially the spoiler optimises airflow without compromising the functionality of Porsche’s active aerodynamic front spoiler, so the car’s own system continues to work through its full range. That combination of intervention and restraint is the whole argument for OEM+ engineering.

Fitting and Finish

The spoiler installs using the original screw points and clips, which keeps the bumper unaltered and the job reversible. It is delivered unpainted, so arrange paint and fitting in one visit to a shop that has worked on 991 bodywork before. A TUV parts certificate (§19.3) is supplied with the part.

What is the difference between the Evo2 and the Evo1? The Evo2 brings refined air management and carefully placed side wings, giving a more pronounced front end. The Evo1 is the simpler single lip profile. Both leave the active front spoiler fully functional.
Will the active aerodynamic front spoiler still operate? Yes. Moshammer designed the Evo2 to optimise airflow without compromising the functionality of Porsche’s active aerodynamic front spoiler.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do.
