Moshammer Front Spoiler for Porsche 718 Cayman & Boxster

Moshammer Front Spoiler gives the 718 Cayman and Boxster the front end depth Porsche left on the table. Drawn in Berlin as a genuine OEM+ design element rather than an add-on, the lip carries its wings out to the bumper corners and delivers the aerodynamic properties Moshammer designs for, while still reading as part of the original shape. It is supplied unpainted with mounting material, which leaves the finish entirely open: body colour for restraint, satin black for contrast, or something more considered for a car that is already unusual. A TUV parts certificate (§19.3) accompanies the part. Made to order in small numbers, it is the sort of change other 718 owners notice before they can name it.

Proportion and Design

The 718’s nose is broad and slightly conservative, with a visual gap between the bumper and the road that flatters nothing. Moshammer’s lip closes that gap and extends the front corners, so the car sits lower to the eye and the mid-engine proportions finally read correctly. Does this fit both the Cayman and the Boxster? Yes. Moshammer lists the 718 Cayman, Cayman T and Cayman S together with the 718 Boxster, Boxster T and Boxster S, since they share the same front bumper.
Why is it delivered unpainted? It gives you the final say. Moshammer supplies the part P718.20.1020 unpainted with mounting material so your painter can match your car exactly, whether that means body colour or a contrasting finish.
Will it fit my GT4? No. Moshammer excludes the GTS, GT4 and GTS 4.0 because those cars use different front bumper geometry.
Is there German type documentation? Yes, the part comes with a TUV parts certificate (§19.3), which is the documentation German inspectors expect for a component like this.
How exposed is it to speed bumps and driveways? It is a front lip, so like any lower body part it asks for a little more attention on steep entries. Owners generally report that thoughtful approach angles are all that is needed.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do.
