The Valvetronic Designs Lamborghini Urus exhaust is a Grade 5 titanium valved system that takes 44.7 lbs off the factory setup and hands the driver a switch. Closed, the Urus exhaust stays near factory quiet, so the school run and the 6 a.m. departure are uneventful. Open, the 4.0L twin-turbo V8 turns loose a full-throated, aggressive roar that the stock system keeps buried. The whole thing is 3.0-inch diameter from front to back, bolts to the OEM downpipes, and finishes in bespoke angled titanium tips.

Grade 5 Titanium Makes This Urus Exhaust 44.7 lbs Lighter

Grade 5 titanium is the reason this Urus exhaust weighs what it does. It is lighter than stainless at the same strength and it resists corrosion, which matters on a vehicle that sees winter roads as often as canyon roads. Removing 44.7 lbs from the back of a 5,000-plus lb SUV is real weight, and every joint in the system is TIG welded so the titanium holds up to repeated heat cycling.

Three Inches of Mandrel-Bent Pipe

The system runs 3.0-inch diameter piping end to end, mandrel-bent so the tubing keeps its full inside diameter through every curve rather than crimping down at the bends the way press-bent pipe does. Less restriction and a straighter path out is what lets the twin-turbo V8 clear its throat. Proprietary titanium tips finish the Urus exhaust at bespoke angles.

Valve Control Through the Factory System

The Lamborghini Urus exhaust ties into the OEM valve system rather than adding a separate controller, so the valves respond the way the factory setup does and the drive mode selector still governs the sound. Closed is near-factory quiet. Open is the loud one. Nothing about the interaction changes, which is the point; the car behaves normally and just has a wider range.

Does this Urus exhaust fit the Urus S and Urus Performante? Yes. The Lamborghini Urus exhaust fits the 2018-2024 Urus, Urus S, and Urus Performante, since all three run the same 4.0L twin-turbo V8 and exhaust layout. Confirm your model year with Bulletproof Automotive before ordering, and note that the hybrid Urus SE is a different platform and is not covered by this fitment.
Do the valves work with the factory drive mode settings? Yes. The system integrates with the OEM valve setup instead of running a separate controller, so the valves on the Urus exhaust open and close the way the factory system does, and the drive mode selector still governs the sound. Closed is near-factory quiet for daily driving. Open gives the full-throated roar from the twin-turbo V8.
What is the difference between the catback and the race front pipe options? The sport catback replaces the system behind the downpipes and connects to the OEM downpipes. Adding free flow race front pipes removes more restriction ahead of the catback for a louder, freer-flowing result. 400 cell catted downpipes are a separate add-on. Choose the Urus exhaust configuration at checkout, since each one is built to order.
Why titanium, and how is the Urus exhaust warrantied? Grade 5 titanium is lighter than stainless at equal strength and resists corrosion, which is how the system comes in 44.7 lbs under factory weight. Valvetronic Designs warranties titanium tubes and welds for the lifetime of ownership, mufflers and resonators for three years, electronic components and tip finish for one year, and catalysts to 25,000 miles for EPA compliance.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates.
