The HLS 4 raises both axles.
This is an upgrade for a car already fitted with KW coilovers. It mounts to the existing KW coilover units and is not a suspension system in its own right, so it will not fit a Chevrolet Corvette running factory dampers. The matching coilover kits are KW V3 Coilover Kit for Chevrolet Corvette without Electronic Dampers (2006-2013) (35261015) and KW V3 Clubsport Coilover Kit for C6 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 (35261715).
