Yes. The same airbox fits the E46 M3, the 2001-2002 E36/7 and E36/8 Z3 M, and the E85 and E86 Z4 M, because all of them run the S54 3.2L inline-six. Z3 M Coupes and Roadsters built before February 2001 use the S50 or S52 engine and are not compatible.
