Karbonius Composites Carbon Vented Hood for E46 BMW M3

Karbonius Composites BMW E46 M3 Carbon Vented Hood is manufactured in Spain from 100% pre-preg carbon fiber and autoclave-cured by experienced technicians. Reimagined from the OEM M3 hood, the design integrates functional vents to extract hot air from the engine bay for improved cooling. The inner structure is revised and matched to the new exterior profile, yielding a technically enhanced, sport-oriented part. The hood is produced as two shells (outer and inner) bonded on an assembly bench with structural adhesive to create a high-strength, structural component; nutserts are secured to the laminate using structural adhesive. For a premium finish, multiple layers of UV-protective polyurethane varnish are available for durable gloss with no yellowing guaranteed; standard construction is supplied straight from the mold without varnish. The hood is compatible with the factory latches, kidneys, and grilles.
