The JCR Titanium Silenced Race Exhaust System for the 997 Porsche GT2 and GT2 RS is a lightweight, high-performance upgrade designed to deliver enhanced power, torque, and refined sound. Available in either a high-flow race-silenced silencer configuration or a full race silencer option, this system offers significant weight savings and improved exhaust flow while maintaining sound levels suitable for more restrictive environments. Precision-engineered for a direct fit to the factory mounting points, the titanium construction ensures seamless integration with the 997 GT2 platform while improving overall driving dynamics and responsiveness.

Light Weight

Through the use of lightweight materials and intelligent engineering, JCR has significantly reduced the overall weight of the factory 997 GT2 / GT2 RS exhaust components. While reducing weight benefits any performance vehicle, the effect is especially notable on this platform, as shifting weight away from the rear improves overall balance and handling.

Direct Replacement

All JCR race exhaust systems for the 997 GT2 and GT2 RS are direct replacements for their OEM counterparts, ensuring perfect fitment every time. Installation requires no additional modifications — simply remove the factory part and install the JCR equivalent using the provided hardware.

High-Flow Silencers

The purpose of the JCR Titanium Race Exhaust System products for the 997 GT2 and GT2 RS models is to reduce weight while increasing power, torque, and enhancing overall sound. The silenced version of the center section provides a noticeable improvement in tone compared to the factory exhaust and includes a tuned merge for improved exhaust scavenging and a smoother, more refined sound throughout the RPM range. The silenced version reduces volume by approximately 4-5 dB compared to the non-silenced variant.

HJS 200-Cell Race-Silenced Pipes

JCR’s Inconel Race-Silenced Silencers replace the restrictive factory assembly with a high-flow HJS 200-cell race-silencer, resulting in improved flow and increased performance. These race-silenced variants require no tuning, though in rare cases a CEL may occur, typically due to poor fuel quality or high engine load before reaching full operating temperature. While JCR does not guarantee CEL-free operation, such occurrences are extremely rare based on extensive testing.

Full Race Pipes

With the Full Race Silencers version of the Titanium Race Exhaust System, JCR replaces the restrictive factory assembly to achieve maximum performance and a more aggressive exhaust note. Rather than simply removing the silencer from the race-silenced version, JCR engineered a completely new internal profile to manage exhaust gases more efficiently — from the turbo flange through to the main flow path — for optimal flow and performance.

Power Increase

Every component in the JCR Titanium Exhaust lineup is engineered to increase horsepower and torque, with gains depending on the chosen configuration. The most extreme free-flowing setup on this platform can deliver power increases in the mid-40 horsepower range, along with sharper throttle response and a significant boost in mid-range torque.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do.
