JCR’s Inconel Race Silencers for the 991.2 Carrera, Carrera S, GTS, and T (PSE-equipped, non-OPF) are direct-replacement assemblies engineered from 100% Inconel 625 to cut weight, reduce backpressure, and sharpen throttle response, offered in two variants — Standard or with Integrated Inconel Heat Shielding for motorsport-grade thermal control. Each unit maintains OEM fitment while replacing the restrictive factory sections with high-flow HJS 200-cell cores to increase flow, enrich tone, and deliver documented gains of roughly 20-25hp and 30-35lb-ft; expect weight savings of about 1.4-1.7kg versus stock depending on configuration, with the heat-shielded option further limiting radiant heat into surrounding components.

Light Weight

In certain circumstances a check engine light (CEL) may still occur, typically if fuel quality is poor or if excessive load is applied before the engine and exhaust system reach full operating temperature.

Heat Management

• This product incorporates motorsport-grade thermal protection as standard. The selected heat shielding is used at the highest levels of competition to control temperatures while protecting surrounding components by dramatically reducing radiant heat.

Power Increase

• According to JCR, every component in the JCR Titanium Exhaust line delivers gains in horsepower and torque, with results varying by configuration. The most extreme free-flowing system can achieve mid 30 hp / tq increases on a stock ECU tune, alongside notable improvements in overall engine response, transient throttle behavior, and earlier boost onset in the rev range.
