Which engines take the ID1750-XDS 60mm Fuel Injectors in a set of three?

Injector Dynamics does not list a vehicle for the ID1750-XDS 60mm Fuel Injectors in a set of three. The set suits a three cylinder engine, or a custom fuel system, built around a 60mm injector with an 11mm top and a 14mm lower O-ring. Measure your current injectors to confirm all three dimensions.

How do I know if my rail takes an 11mm top?

Measure the top O-ring of your existing injector or the bore in the fuel rail. An 11mm top is smaller than the 14mm top used on many other engines, and Injector Dynamics marks it with a blue adapter on its 60mm injectors.

What fuels can a three cylinder build run through this set?

Injector Dynamics rates the 1750 for methanol, ethanol, MTBE, nitromethane and all known hydrocarbon fuels, so pump gasoline, race fuel and E85 are all covered. On a small engine the fuel filter matters as much as on a big one, because the one year warranty depends on correct fuel and proper filtration.

Can a three cylinder engine keep its stock calibration with these?

No. Three injectors at 1728cc per minute deliver far more than a small engine was calibrated for, and it would run very rich. A tuner has to load the Injector Dynamics characterization data so offset and short pulse fueling are correct, which matters even more at the small pulse widths of a low displacement engine.

Are the three injectors matched to each other?

Yes. Injector Dynamics flow matches the three so each cylinder gets the same fuel at the same pulse width. The set carries a one year warranty against manufacturer defects, on condition of correct fuel and proper filtration, and a replacement for one injector comes from Injector Dynamics to keep the trio matched.

Description

Injector Dynamics ID1750-XDS 60mm Fuel Injectors with 11mm Top and 14mm Lower O-Ring, Set of 3

Injector Dynamics’ ID1750-XDS 60mm Fuel Injectors in this set of three have a blue 11mm top adapter and a 14mm lower O-ring, a configuration for three-cylinder engines whose rail and manifold take a full 60mm injector. Each injector flows 1728cc/min at 3.0 bar on E10 test fuel, so a small engine can run heavy boost or straight ethanol without the fuel side holding it back. An engine kept on pump gas with modest boost would be easier to calibrate on a smaller size.

Configuration

The same 11mm top and 14mm lower arrangement appears in Injector Dynamics’ fitment table in sets of four and six, for engines such as the SR20DET and 2JZ-GTE.

Features

Blue 11mm top adapters with 14mm lower O-rings
Rated for methanol, ethanol, MTBE, nitromethane and all known hydrocarbon fuels
Better cylinder-to-cylinder balance at low pulsewidths for steadier idle and light cruise

Specifications

Nominal flow: 1728cc/min at 3.0 bar (43.5 psi), E10 certification fuel at 49C (120F)
Maximum differential fuel pressure: 7.0 bar (101.5 psi)
Offset: 1169 microseconds at 43.5 psi and 12 volts
Electrical connector: USCAR
Body length: 60mm
Top: 11mm adapter (blue)
Lower: 14mm O-ring

What’s Included

ID1750-XDS fuel injectors with blue 11mm top adapters and 14mm lower O-rings (x3)

Applications

Injector Dynamics does not publish a vehicle list for this configuration; it fits fuel systems built for a 60mm injector with 11mm top and 14mm lower O-ring.

Notes

The ID1750-XDS 60mm Fuel Injectors in this set have no published vehicle list, so confirm length, top and lower seal against your current injectors
The injectors use USCAR plugs, so engines with Denso, EV1 or Honda OBD2 connectors need plug-and-play adapters, which are not included; the Injector Dynamics USCAR to Denso PnP Adapter covers Denso wiring
Plan a tune alongside the install, since the calibration needs the published Injector Dynamics flow and offset data

About Injector Dynamics

Injector Dynamics is an Arizona injector specialist and an authorized technical partner of Bosch Motorsport, developing its injectors to its own specification rather than modifying production parts. It introduced slope and offset matching in 2007, and its Dual Slope Matching, developed by engineer Aaron Looft, extends matching into the short pulse widths that boosted and ethanol engines rely on. Its flow benches are built in house and calibrated against a NIST-traceable flow prover. Injector Dynamics supplied the emissions-compliant injectors for the twin-turbo Noble M600, and its injectors were fitted to the first seven-second Nissan GT-R and the first 300 mph motorcycle.

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
