Does this set fit the four-cylinder Accord?

No. This set of six suits the V6 models Injector Dynamics lists, including the 2003 to 2007 Accord. Four cylinder Accords appear under other configurations on its fitment list, so check the engine before ordering, and ask our team if your car is not listed.

Which vehicles share this six-injector configuration?

Injector Dynamics lists the 2003 to 2007 Honda Accord, the 2002 to 2004 Odyssey and the 2001 to 2003 Acura CL and TL. All take a 48mm injector with an 11mm top and the S2000 lower configuration, and all use six injectors. Other Honda V6 engines may differ, so confirm before ordering.

Will the ID1300-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors run on E85 in a boosted Accord V6?

Yes. The ID1300-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors were designed for alternative fuels and run on all known fuels. A turbocharged or supercharged V6 on E85 needs roughly a third more fuel volume than on gasoline, so the fuel pump and calibration need attention too, with the Injector Dynamics characterization data loaded by the tuner.

Is the factory Honda plug compatible?

Not directly, unless the car is already wired for USCAR. Injector Dynamics makes a USCAR to OBD2 Honda plug and play adapter, as well as Denso and EV1 versions, and they are sold separately. Check the connector on your engine and order the matching adapters with the injectors.

Can I keep the stock tune after fitting these?

No. The ECU needs the Injector Dynamics flow, offset and short pulse data for the ID1300-XDS, or the mixture will be far off. Recalibrate at installation, ideally together with the boost or fuel changes that called for larger injectors, so the V6 idles cleanly and fuels correctly under load.

Description

Injector Dynamics ID1300-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors with 11mm Top and S2000 Lower Configuration, Set of 6

Injector Dynamics’ ID1300-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors in this set of six have gold 11mm tops and the S2000-style lower configuration, which Injector Dynamics lists for V6 Honda and Acura models of the early 2000s: the 2003-2007 Accord, the 2002-2004 Odyssey and the 2001-2003 Acura CL and TL. At 1335cc/min each, this is fuel for a turbocharged or supercharged V6 or an ethanol conversion. The low minimum fuel mass keeps gasoline idle clean, which helps on a car that still does daily duty. A stock V6 does not need it.

Configuration

F20 in the part number refers to the lower configuration first used on the S2000 set; here it is paired with an 11mm top on a 48mm body in a set of six. The 11mm top on this six-injector set is gold.

Features

Rated for every known fuel and designed specifically around alternative fuels such as E85 and methanol
Minimum fuel mass kept compatible with gasoline, for steady idle and cruise on pump fuel
Compact body that Injector Dynamics configures for more than 200 applications
Flow matched as a set of six, with characterization data for the calibration

Specifications

Nominal flow: 1335cc/min at 3.0 bar (43.5 psi), iso-octane at 52C (125F)
Maximum differential fuel pressure: 7.0 bar (101.5 psi)
Fuel compatibility: All known fuels; designed specifically for alternative fuels
Electrical connector: USCAR
Body length: 48mm
Top: 11mm (gold)
Lower: S2000 lower configuration

What’s Included

ID1300-XDS fuel injectors with gold 11mm tops and the S2000 lower configuration (x6)

Applications

Injector Dynamics lists the ID1300-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors in this configuration for:

Acura CL: 2001-2003
Acura TL: 2001-2003
Honda Accord: 2003-2007
Honda Odyssey: 2002-2004

Notes

Each injector carries a USCAR connector and no adapters are included; Denso, EV1 or Honda OBD2 wiring needs plug-and-play adapters, such as the Injector Dynamics USCAR to Denso PnP Adapter for Denso plugs
Fueling must be recalibrated for these injectors using the published Injector Dynamics characterization data

About Injector Dynamics

Injector Dynamics is an Arizona injector specialist and an authorized technical partner of Bosch Motorsport, developing its injectors to its own specification rather than modifying production parts. It introduced slope and offset matching in 2007, and its Dual Slope Matching, developed by engineer Aaron Looft, extends matching into the short pulse widths that boosted and ethanol engines rely on. Its flow benches are built in house and calibrated against a NIST-traceable flow prover. Injector Dynamics supplied the emissions-compliant injectors for the twin-turbo Noble M600, and its injectors were fitted to the first seven-second Nissan GT-R and the first 300 mph motorcycle.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, unfortunately our website is unable to compensate dynamically for what can at times be volatile changes in the cost of items due to currency values fluctuating, changes in prices from suppliers, changes in shipping and import duties, and other factors. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. We will continue to do our best to maintain updated prices and we will always continue to offer our price match guarantees as well to ensure our prices are always the best for you. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
