Fi EXHAUST offers high-performance valvetronic exhaust systems for the BMW G01 X3 M40i and LCI Facelift, as well as the BMW G02 X4 M40i and LCI Facelift. Designed as direct bolt-on replacements, Fi EXHAUST systems are constructed from high-grade T304 stainless steel to enhance both sound and performance. Engineered with valvetronic technology, these systems optimize airflow, regulate sound volume, and improve torque, with a full setup—including a valvetronic catback and ultra-high flow downpipe—providing an estimated horsepower increase of 5-10%. When the valves are closed, exhaust gases are routed through the muffler for a refined and comfortable driving experience, while fully open valves produce an intense and sporty exhaust note, amplifying the driving sensation.

Fi EXHAUST Pro Control System

• The Fi EXHAUST Pro Control System includes an intelligent control box, a two-button remote, and a mobile app. The app prevents CELs, monitors valve status, and enables Auto Mode based on RPM, speed, or boost. The remote allows precise valve control, while its customizable aluminum or forged carbon design offers style and functionality.
