The Mercedes-AMG C190 / R190 GT R Fi Exhaust is a high-performance valvetronic exhaust system available in two configurations: a Signature Titanium and a T304 stainless steel variant, both designed as direct bolt-on replacements. The Signature Titanium version is crafted from ultra-lightweight titanium, reducing weight by approximately 46% compared to stainless steel while maintaining exceptional strength-to-weight characteristics. Every component, including valves, clamps, and screws, is made from titanium to maximize weight savings. Its 1.6mm thick pipe walls—0.6mm thicker than typical aftermarket options—enhance sound frequency, durability, and safety without significantly affecting performance. Polishing inside and out eliminates imperfections and optimizes gas flow and sound quality. The T304 stainless steel version delivers an exhilarating soundtrack and integrates valvetronic technology, allowing precise control of airflow and sound volume while improving overall performance and torque. With the full system—including the valvetronic catback and ultra-high flow downpipe—horsepower gains of 5–10% are typical. Closed valves route exhaust gases through the muffler for a refined drive, while open valves unleash a bold, aggressive exhaust note.

• The Fi EXHAUST Pro Control System includes an intelligent control box, a two-button remote, and a mobile app. The app prevents CELs, monitors valve status, and enables Auto Mode based on RPM, speed, or boost. The remote allows precise valve control, while its customizable aluminum or forged carbon design offers style and functionality.
