What vehicles does the Fi Exhaust Aventador SVJ system fit?

It's built for the LP770-4 Lamborghini Aventador SVJ, 2018-2021, with the 6.5L naturally aspirated V12 — a direct bolt-on replacement.

What's the difference between the stainless and titanium versions?

Both share a 76mm pipe diameter, but the titanium catback weighs 7.4 kg versus 12.9 kg for stainless, a meaningful weight saving on a car built around its V12's character.

How much does this exhaust cost?

Pricing ranges from $9,500 to $15,999 depending on material (stainless steel or titanium) and configuration, before options like downpipes or the Fi Pro remote.

Can I control the valves remotely?

Yes. Valve operation integrates with the car's OEM controls by default, or can be upgraded to the Fi Pro app-connected remote as a separate option.

Are downpipes available, and will they increase horsepower?

Yes. Race Downpipes are available as a separate option. Fi Exhaust reports an average horsepower increase of 5-10% when running the full system, catback plus downpipes, fitted.

Will the forged carbon tips discolor?

They can. Fi Exhaust notes a high chance of texture or color change on the forged carbon tips under constant exposure to high heat, which is a known characteristic of forged carbon in high-temperature exhaust applications.

Description

Fi Exhaust Valvetronic Exhaust System for LP770-4 Lamborghini Aventador SVJ

Fi Exhaust Aventador SVJ system exists for an owner who bought the last and angriest naturally aspirated Aventador and wants the exhaust to match. Available in premium T304 stainless steel or ultra-lightweight titanium, the titanium catback weighs in at 7.4 kg against 12.9 kg for stainless, a real weight saving on a car whose entire identity is built around its 6.5L V12. Valvetronic technology gives precise control over airflow and sound, keeping the drive refined with the valves closed and unleashing an intense, exotic soundtrack when fully open, tuned specifically for the SVJ rather than adapted from another Aventador variant. For the car that briefly held the Nürburgring lap record on the strength of its V12 alone, this is the sound that says as much.

Valve

Fi Exhaust systems universally incorporate valvetronic technology, enabling precise sound control while boosting vehicle performance. Prior to this innovation, achieving both high torque at low RPMs and greater horsepower at high RPMs was challenging. Valvetronic technology resolves this contradiction, allowing sports cars to excel in both areas and delivering a balanced yet dynamic exhaust performance.

Fi Exhaust Pro Control System

The Fi Exhaust Pro Control System includes an intelligent control box, a two-button remote, and a mobile app. The app prevents check engine lights, monitors valve status, and enables Auto Mode based on RPM, speed, or boost. The remote allows precise valve control, with a customizable aluminum or forged carbon design.

Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
