Fabspeed Motorsport presents an alternative tuning solution for vehicles equipped with ECU’s that traditionally underwent bench flashing, ensuring maximum power gains and drivability without compromising reliability. With their handheld device, users can now interface with the OBD-II port in their vehicle and computer, eliminating the need to remove and mail in the ECU for tuning. By utilizing the included handheld tuner, owners can easily flash their 718 Boxster / Cayman with a Fabspeed ECU Tune. This performance software upgrade enhances horsepower, torque, and driving dynamics by reprogramming sensor inputs, adjusting air/fuel ratios, and optimizing boost pressure (if applicable). Fabspeed offers maps tailored for stock vehicles as well as those with upgrades such as competition pipes, sport cats, full exhaust systems, upgraded turbos, and more.

• Please review the tuning guide in the instructions and email the ECU tuning information form. This form is utilized to ensure your needs are met and to consider your modifications for the best possible product.
• You must have access to a PC / Windows computer (Mac OS not supported) to upload your factory file information to Fabspeed via email and in turn apply their ECU Tune to your Handheld device
• Upon sending your vehicle information, Fabspeed’s tuner will email you a custom ECU Tune(s) within 1-2 business days
• The handheld device “marries” with your vehicle and can only be used on one vehicle
• Special requests and tune file upgrades may be subject to additional fees
• This device allows you to flash the vehicle back to stock without sending in your ECU

Tuning Notes

• Step 1 – Read stock data on vehicle via OBD-II port with handheld
• Step 2 – Interface handheld with software on your computer and send in data to Fabspeed Motorsport via email
• Step 3 – They use this data along with information you provide about your vehicle to write a tune for your specific setup and email back your custom tune in 1-2 business days
• Step 4 – Write the Fabspeed ECU Tune to your handheld, then to the vehicle with the handheld
