Experience the renowned sporty Maxflo exhaust tone, coupled with a raw, race car roar, and an additional power surge, all at the touch of a button, courtesy of muffler bypass valves strategically positioned on the left/right inlet pipes. This innovative system provides two distinct exhaust tones from a single setup. Initially developed and perfected on the 2016 Porsche 3.8-liter GT4, this technology has now been refined and made available for the deserving 987.2 cars. Notably, all Fabspeed valvetronic systems feature HELICAL U.K. England aerospace-quality exhaust valves.

Sound

• With the valves closed, the Maxflo mufflers emit a familiar, sporty, and refined tone, devoid of any droning, providing a delightful auditory experience. However, with a single press of either the factory Sport button or the Fabspeed valve controller remote, the exhaust is liberated to flow unrestricted through the 48mm (1.875″) dump tubes, bypassing the mufflers entirely. The result? Burbling and crackling erupt with each throttle application, filling the cabin with a thunderous roar at precisely the desired volume level. Crank up the volume to command attention and experience a noticeable increase of around 15 wheel horsepower and 19 foot-pounds of torque at 4000rpm.
