The Fabspeed Titanium Supersport X-Pipe Cat-Back Exhaust System for the C8 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 is a revolutionary upgrade that incorporates the industry’s first Titanium cast X-pipe, designed for superior flow and exhaust scavenging. This system retains the OEM “floating” exhaust tips, with an option to upgrade to carbon tips for a more aggressive look. Included are Fabspeed’s electronic valve simulators, which ensure no check engine light (CEL), providing peace of mind. Designed from 3D scans of the OEM headers, this exhaust offers a precise fit, ensuring premium performance. The system is designed for a simple bolt-on installation, requiring no cutting or welding, making it an easy upgrade for any Corvette Z06 owner.

Sound

This all-out race exhaust transforms the Z06’s 5.5L V8 exhaust note into a true thoroughbred race sound. With a more authoritative rumble at idle and the signature X-pipe producing a high-pitched wail that some might argue exceeds that of the Ferrari 458, this system is undeniably loud—so don’t be surprised if it wakes the neighbors every Sunday morning. While the system delivers impressive sound and performance, it does come with some interior drone. For a drone-free solution, a valvetronic exhaust is currently being developed to offer the best of both worlds.

Power

Combined with the Sport Cats, a gain of 30whp at 4600rpm and 36ft/lbs at 4600rpm was achieved, resulting in a 33hp increase at the crank. Peak horsepower increased from a baseline of 640whp to 666whp, while torque rose from 445ft/lbs to 462ft/lbs. When comparing apples to apples, in addition to the power gains from the Sport Cats, additional improvements of 16whp and 19ft/lbs in the midrange and an extra 7whp at the peak were observed.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do.
