Elevate the sound and performance of your 996 Turbo with Fabspeed’s Supersport Race Performance Package. This package enhances the driving experience of the Porsche 996 Turbo by reducing turbo spool time, resulting in quicker acceleration and improved throttle response. With competition pipes offering an aggressive tone and distinctive burbles and crackles on deceleration, the package delivers an exhilarating driving experience. The tubing diameter is increased from the factory 60mm O.D. (outer diameter) size to 70mm, facilitating superior exhaust flow and high-speed scavenging. It’s worth noting that anything larger than 70mm may lead to power loss and droning.

Tuning

• Fabspeed Motorsport provides an alternative tuning solution for vehicles equipped with ECU’s that conventionally necessitated bench flashing. Gone are the days of removing your vehicle’s ECU and sending it in for tuning. The handheld tuner seamlessly interfaces with the OBD-II port on your Porsche and your computer, streamlining the tuning process.

Notes

• All Fabspeed products are expected to ship within one week of order, though timelines are often much quicker
• To ensure proper header seal, after initial heat cycle, tighten all exhaust bolts to the OEM torque specs
• Race package is designed and intended for off-road or competition use only – installation may cause CEL

Tuning Notes

• Step 1 – read stock data on vehicle via OBD-II port with handheld
• Step 2 – interface handheld tuner with software on your computer and send in your vehicles data to Fabspeed Motorsport via email
• Step 3 – Fabspeed uses this data along with information provided about your vehicle to write a tune for your specific setup and email back your custom tune in 1-2 business days
• Step 4 – write the Fabspeed XperTune to your handheld, then to the vehicle with the handheld
