Fabspeed’s Stainless Steel Valvetronic Cat-Back Exhaust System for the C8 Corvette ZR1 delivers the same high-pitched 6700 rpm scream as their Supersport X-Pipe while preserving full volume control through the factory exhaust loudness settings. Completely plug-and-play with the OEM electric valve actuators, the system was engineered by 3D scanning the stock exhaust with a CREAFORM 700 Handscan and modeling it in SolidWorks to ensure a perfect OEM-level fit. A signature cast X-pipe ties the two cylinder banks together for improved scavenging and reduced resonance, while the valves are mounted to CNC-machined plates designed to manage heat and protect the electronics under extreme conditions. Built from mandrel-bent T304 stainless steel and finished with ultra high temperature heat wrap to keep engine bay temperatures in check, this cat-back combines race-inspired sound and performance with everyday usability.

• This highly versatile exhaust allows the ZR1 to transition from a calm cruiser to a thoroughbred race car at the press of a button. In loud mode with the valves open, it delivers a deeper, more authoritative idle and a signature titanium X-pipe note that rises into a high-pitched wail rivaling even the Ferrari 458. In quiet mode with the valves closed, it remains completely drone free, preserving OEM-like refinement and easy cabin conversation.
