Fabspeed Sport Performance Package for 964 Porsche 911 Turbo
Fabspeed’s Sport Performance Package for 964 Porsche 911 Turbo gathers the exhaust and intake it takes to transform the air-cooled single-turbo 911 into one matched build. Developed over more than thirty years of Porsche work at Fabspeed’s own Fort Washington, Pennsylvania facility, the package combines the Sport Headers with Heat, a high-performance air intake, the Maxflo exhaust with dual-outlet mufflers and oval tips, and a straight-through competition link pipe, all built from T304L stainless steel and dialed in to work together. The result is a dramatic gain in horsepower and torque across the rev range, quicker turbo spool, and a bolder voice, while the Sport Headers with Heat keep the factory cabin heat intact. Backed by the Fabspeed lifetime warranty, it is the complete package for a 964 Turbo owner who wants a coordinated build from a single maker, and because it includes the competition link pipe, it is intended for closed-course and off-road use.
Built to Work Together
Each part complements the next: the Sport Headers with Heat open flow off the turbocharger while keeping the cabin heat, the high-performance air intake replaces the heavy factory airbox that bakes intake air and feeds the engine cooler, denser air, the Maxflo mufflers and oval tips finish the system with a bold, controlled note, and the competition link pipe opens the mid-section for maximum flow. Bought individually each part helps; together they deliver the dramatic gain the package is built for.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in the Fabspeed Sport Performance Package for 964 Porsche 911 Turbo? The package bundles Fabspeed’s Sport Headers with Heat, a high-performance air intake, the Maxflo exhaust with dual-outlet mufflers and oval tips, and a straight-through competition link pipe, all matched for the air-cooled 964 Porsche 911 Turbo built from 1990 to 1994. It fits both the 3.3-liter and 3.6-liter single-turbo cars. It is not made for the later twin-turbo 993 Turbo.
How much power does the package add? Fabspeed rates the package for a dramatic gain in horsepower and torque across the rev range. The Sport Headers with Heat add 30 horsepower and 25 lb-ft on their own, the air intake adds roughly 14 to 17 more, and the Maxflo exhaust and competition link pipe free up further flow. The exact total depends on the car and its tune, so Fabspeed does not publish a single combined figure.
Does the package keep the cabin heat? Yes. The Sport Headers with Heat are the version that retains the factory cabin heating, so the package adds power without turning the car into a fair-weather machine. The headers come complete with the heat-exchange components, oil lines, and gaskets. It is a rare performance package for an air-cooled Turbo that keeps the heater working.
Why buy the package instead of the parts separately? The Sport Performance Package gathers the matched headers, intake, exhaust, and link pipe in one order, so the parts are designed to work together and are priced as a bundle. Each part contributes its own gain, and together they do far more than any one alone. Buying individually makes sense only if you want to add parts gradually over time.
Is the package street legal? No. Because it includes the competition link pipe, the package is intended for closed-course and off-road use, may set a check engine light, and is not CARB or EPA certified, so it is not for sale in California or other states that require CARB certification. Owners who want a street setup can leave the competition link pipe out and run the headers, intake, and Maxflo exhaust. Check your local emissions rules before buying.
How is it installed, and is it covered? Every part bolts on in the factory locations, so no cutting or fabrication is needed, but this is a full exhaust and intake install best done by a professional. After the first heat cycle the exhaust bolts should be re-torqued to the factory specification. Fabspeed backs the package with its lifetime warranty, and it is made to order, so allow extra lead time.

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, unfortunately our website is unable to compensate dynamically for what can at times be volatile changes in the cost of items due to currency values fluctuating, changes in prices from suppliers, changes in shipping and import duties, and other factors. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. We will continue to do our best to maintain updated prices and we will always continue to offer our price match guarantees as well to ensure our prices are always the best for you. Shipping Policy
-+
Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well.
For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
