• You must fill out and include a copy of the ECU Information form along with your ECU upon sending it in. Please contact us if you need to send the form in any other manner.
• As of June 2020, a cut-off date was instituted, affecting all vehicles utilizing the Bosch MEVD and MG1 family of ECUs. Post-mid-June 2020, these vehicles are entirely locked by Bosch. The update aims to bolster security for autonomous driving and other driving assistance features, preventing external interference by hackers. The lock has been integrated into the ECU’s bootloader and executed at the processor level, eliminating the possibility of “bench unlocking” through direct ECU access.
