Fabspeed’s German HJS Sport Race Cat with Heat Shield for the Lamborghini Revuelto is a fully in-house CAD-designed and CNC-built upgrade engineered for flow, heat control, sound, and reliability. Using high-flow 76mm (3.0 in) T304 stainless tubing with single-piece mandrel bends and CNC-machined flanges, this system integrates imported German HJS Emitec race catalysts that flow at roughly 90% of a straight pipe, dramatically reducing restriction while remaining 100% emissions legal in all 50 U.S. states and compliant in the EU. The assembly is thermally wrapped to 2000°F with 625 stainless for maximum heat retention, engine protection, and optimal catalyst efficiency, and it bolts on using factory Lamborghini hardware. Fabspeed’s design also sheds approximately 24lbs  versus the heavy stock valved muffler, and it was 3D scanned and engineered to work seamlessly with Fabspeed’s long F1-style X-pipe system to merge both V12 banks into a high-pitch, motorsport tone. The result is a cooler, freer-breathing, harder-pulling Revuelto that sounds like a true V12 race car with no impact on emissions compliance or factory warranty.
