The Mercedes W205 C63S AMG intake system is the result of extensive development and testing, guided by three main objectives: 1) Increased flow rate, 2) Lower intake temperatures, and 3) Smooth airflow. Eventuri achieved the first objective by maximizing the available space in the C63S engine bay, leading to a 35% increase in flow rate compared to the stock system. The second objective was met by designing a fully sealed system, crucial for managing the high engine bay temperatures generated by nearby heat sources like the turbos. The final objective was accomplished with an organically shaped design and custom rounded panel filters to maintain a laminar airflow path, avoiding sharp corners and minimizing turbulence. This results in smooth transitions from the filters to the turbo inlets, allowing the turbos to operate more efficiently.
