Eventuri Black Carbon Intake System for F3 Audi RSQ3

Originally engineered for high-power RS3 applications, Eventuri now adapts the system for the RSQ3 with an emphasis on maximum flow and minimal intake temperatures. Every component is shaped to deliver a smooth, unrestricted path to the turbo, a 103mm (≈4″) intake tube maintains gentle curvature from the filter housing to the turbo inlet, while a bespoke filter, 210mm (8.3″) outer diameter with over 130,000mm² of surface area pairs to Eventuri’s patented Venturi housing to create high internal volume and laminar flow into the tube. A sealed front duct interfaces to the slam panel yet isn’t limited to the OEM feed. The raised leading edge adds an additional inlet behind the hood, equivalent to a 7″-diameter opening, expanding available airflow. In this configuration, the system is capable of flowing 840 CFM at 28″ H₂O while maintaining low IATs through its sealed architecture.

Venturi Filter Housing Assembly

• Eventuri’s Stage 3 filter housing integrates a bespoke high-flow filter, precision-machined aluminum cowl, laser-cut mounting brackets, and a carbon pod. The carbon pod encloses the reverse-mounted element and contours airflow smoothly into the intake tubes, reducing cross-sectional area to invoke the Venturi effect—accelerating flow while preserving laminar conditions. Functionally akin to an oversized velocity stack, this patented architecture delivers markedly cleaner, faster airflow compared to conventional intake layouts. Bespoke Stage 3 Cone Filter

• Eventuri reengineers the Stage 2 element and enlarges it to the maximum size permissible within the RS3 engine bay. The resulting filter measures 210mm (8.3″) in outer diameter and, when tested with the carbon housing alone, achieves up to 940 CFM at 28″ H₂O. The ISO-validated, dry filtration medium meets OEM-level standards, while Eventuri’s signature dual flow cones support the Venturi housing principle for accelerated, laminar airflow.

Carbon Fiber Intake Duct / Tube

• Eventuri’s duct channels ambient air from the slam panel to the filter housing, nesting within the OEM pathway and transitioning smoothly into the circular housing profile. A flexible rubber edging seals against engine-bay heat while allowing movement with engine motion. To support high-power demand beyond the stock inlets, the upper surface is raised to add an additional opening behind the hood shut—equivalent to a >7″ diameter feed—fully de-restricting the factory cold-air supply. Maximized internal volume within the RS3 engine bay geometry ensures the housing can draw with minimal restriction.
• Eventuri forms the intake tube from 100% pre-preg carbon fiber, yielding a smooth internal surface with visible weave. The Stage 3 tube features a 103mm (4″) internal diameter and a gentle, continuous curvature to minimize pressure drop, channeling airflow from the Venturi housing to the turbo inlet. Its refined bend geometry preserves laminar flow from the filter through to the exit.

Heat Shield

• Eventuri develops a dedicated heat shield to protect the carbon intake tube from turbocharger temperatures. Finished in black powder coat with a gold reflective base layer, it deflects radiant heat from the turbo and catalyst, while a stainless-steel brace adds rigidity. The shield wraps behind the tube to divert convective heat. Note: compatibility may be limited on certain full-frame turbo setups with non-standard exhaust manifolds.
