The E60 / E63 M5 and M6 intake system is engineered to enhance the entire driving experience. By leveraging aerodynamic principles and utilizing computational fluid dynamics to optimize airflow, Eventuri has developed an intake system that delivers in every aspect—improved throttle response, increased torque and power, enhanced drivability, and an impressive V10 induction sound.

The Eventuri Difference

• The S85 Eventuri system features their patent-pending carbon fiber housing, designed to create an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the MAF tube. This isn’t just another cone filter with a heat shield; it utilizes a unique design that leverages the Venturi effect for optimal performance.

Carbon Intake Housing Assembly

• Crafted from 100% prepreg carbon fiber of the highest quality, Eventuri’s filter housings showcase exceptional craftsmanship. The housing encapsulates the filter and is paired with an aluminum inlet cowl to ensure a smooth airflow path into the intake.

Air Scoops

• Laser-cut from aluminum and powder-coated for durability, the system includes two scoops positioned behind the front nose grilles and two in the lower brake ducts. The front scoops are curved to smoothly direct ambient air into the stock ducting, displacing heated air from the intake area. The lower scoops channel ambient air directly into the intake openings.

MAF Tubes

• The MAF tubes are CNC-machined from aluminum and anodized for durability. The MAF sensor boss is made from an engineering-grade plastic to reduce heat soak into the sensor through conduction. All dimensions are precisely engineered to ensure the MAF sensor functions as intended.

Heat Shields

• The system includes two aluminum heat shields lined with neoprene. These are positioned on the engine side of each intake and effectively deflect hot air from the radiator, particularly when the fan is in operation.

Mounting Brackets

• The mounting brackets are precision-made to ensure a secure and accurate fit. Both housings attach to anti-vibration mounts, with an additional bracket to secure the washer filler on the E60 M5.
