What is the Racing MONO6GT-2017 Big Brake Kit for JZA80?

A front kit built on the Racing MONO6GT, the forged monobloc race caliper Endless developed for GT racing, in the 2017 specification Endless describes as its endurance version for the GT-R NISMO GT3. On the Supra it runs 380mm x 34mm two-piece rotors.

Why does it cost so much more than the MONO6 TA kits?

The MONO6GT is a dedicated race caliper rather than a road-and-track design, and Endless prices it accordingly. For most JZA80 owners, including those who track the car, the Racing MONO6 TA kits on 370mm to 400mm rotors deliver more than enough braking for far less.

Which pads does the Racing MONO6GT-2017 kit for the JZA80 Supra use?

The kit ships with Endless pads to suit its calipers. Bulletproof Automotive confirms the pad compound with your order, so the kit arrives with friction material matched to how the car is used. Tell us whether it sees road driving, track days or competition.

Will the Racing MONO6GT-2017 kit for the JZA80 Supra fit my wheels?

We confirm clearance with Endless before ordering. The MONO6GT is a large race caliper and Endless has not published a dimension sheet for this specification, so send us your wheel size, brand and offset and we will check fitment with Endless directly.

What comes in the Racing MONO6GT-2017 kit for the JZA80 Supra?

Two Racing MONO6GT-2017 calipers, Endless pads, mounting brackets, two 380mm x 34mm two-piece rotors and two brake lines. Fluid is not supplied with this Big Brake Kit for JZA80, and Endless specifies DOT4 or higher for its systems, followed by its bedding procedure.

Description

Endless Racing MONO6GT-2017 Front Big Brake Kit for JZA80 Toyota Supra

Endless’s Racing MONO6GT-2017 Front Big Brake Kit for JZA80 Toyota Supra puts the most specialised caliper on the Endless USA Supra sheet onto 380mm x 34mm two-piece rotors. Endless developed the Racing MONO6GT as a race caliper and describes its 2016-2017 specification as the endurance version fielded on the GT-R NISMO GT3. It is a forged monobloc six-piston body, priced well above the Racing MONO6 and MONO6 TA kits for the same car. This is a kit for a competition JZA80 whose owner wants the GT-specification caliper; a road or club-track Supra is better served by the MONO6 TA kits.

About Endless

Endless was founded in 1986, when Isao Hanazato began developing brake pads out of his own racing experience, and the company builds its friction material, rotors, calipers and brake fluid in Saku City, Nagano. It has run its own team since 1991, in the All Japan F3 Championship and the Mirage Cup, and by 2017 had supplied brake fluid to Formula 1 for fifteen consecutive years. The pads supplied in each kit are Endless compounds, so caliper and friction material come from the same company.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
