Who is the 390mm Racing MONO6 TA Big Brake Kit for JZA80 for?

A Supra that sees regular track sessions and runs wheels large enough for the bigger rotor. It adds 20mm of rotor diameter over the 370mm kit for more heat capacity, without needing the space the 400mm kit takes, and uses the same pipeless caliper and pad.

Will 18 inch wheels clear the 390mm rotor?

Some may not. Endless gives 18 inch as the caliper minimum, but a 390mm rotor moves the caliper further out, and many 18 inch wheels will not clear it. We check your exact wheel size, brand and offset against the Endless template before ordering.

What makes the TA caliper different?

The TA body carries brake fluid internally instead of through an external pipe, is 3D cut over its surface to help it cool, and uses stainless pistons. Endless rates it at 110 percent of the original Racing MONO6 rigidity, and pairs it with Tufram-coated rotor bells.

How do I know when the rotors are worn?

The E-slit rotors carry small E-shaped marks machined into the face alongside the long slits. Endless says to replace the rotor when those marks have worn away, which makes the check a quick visual one whenever the wheels are off.

What comes with the Endless kit?

Two Racing MONO6 TA calipers, RCP123 Endless pads, mounting brackets, two 390mm x 34mm two-piece E-slit rotors on Tufram-coated bells and two brake lines. DOT4 or higher fluid is needed for the bleed of this Big Brake Kit for JZA80 and is not supplied.

Description

Endless Racing MONO6 TA Front Big Brake Kit for JZA80 Toyota Supra with 390mm Rotors

Endless’s Racing MONO6 TA Front Big Brake Kit for JZA80 Toyota Supra with 390mm rotors is the middle of the three TA sizes Endless USA lists for the car: 390mm x 34mm two-piece E-slit rotors on Tufram-coated bells under the pipeless Racing MONO6 TA. The caliper is a forged monobloc with no external fluid pipe, a 3D-cut surface and stainless pistons, and Endless rates it at 110 percent of the original Racing MONO6 rigidity. At 390mm the rotor adds real diameter over the 370mm kit without going to the full 400mm, which suits a Supra on 19 inch wheels that sees regular circuit time.

About Endless

Endless was founded in 1986, when Isao Hanazato began developing brake pads out of his own racing experience, and the company builds its friction material, rotors, calipers and brake fluid in Saku City, Nagano. It has run its own team since 1991, in the All Japan F3 Championship and the Mirage Cup, and by 2017 had supplied brake fluid to Formula 1 for fifteen consecutive years. The pads supplied in each kit are Endless compounds, so caliper and friction material come from the same company.

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
