The Endless Racing MONO6/MONO4R Front & Rear Performance Brake System ensures maximum fade–free braking, delivering fast and efficient deceleration that takes your racing experience to the next level. The manufacturing of the innovative Monobloc Calipers involved subjecting them to tremendous pressure, which occurred four years after the conception and one year after the prototype was finalized. Through ongoing testing, the features of the calipers were continuously adjusted, resulting in a lightweight yet durable model that would be race–ready. To meet this goal, state–of–the–art technology was employed to successfully take on the complex task of constructing the piston cylinder. The body was completed with the use of extremely strong anodized aluminum, which is the result of Endless‘ “never–ending challenge“ to provide high–quality production.

Forged Monobloc Caliper Body

• Endless‘s “never–ending challenge“ of continually striving for quality paved the way for the production of the Monobloc Calipers. Forged and molded under immense pressure, the prototype was complete after four years and tested in various races, fine–tuning its specifications and rendering a light and strong body. Using cutting–edge special technology, Endless was able to manufacture the highly intricate piston cylinder. The body was then finished with a durable anodized aluminum to complete the calipers.

Ultra-Hard Alumite Caliper Body

• Our monoblock series utilizes an ultra–strong alumite material for the caliper body and has a hard wearing ram coating on the rotor bell housing. This helps to substantially stave off discoloration of the alumite, even when exposed to high temperatures when driving on the circuit.

Hard Anodized Finish

• The finish used for racetrack conditions is anodizing, which involves magnifying the natural oxidation process of aluminum to form a durable, hard oxide layer. The oxide layer is far more resistant to abrasion than other finishes such as paint and powder coat. Anodizing also provides a more uniform and consistent surface.

“E-Slit” Double Shaving Effect

• The impressive features of the E–Slit Rotor are its long slit which creates smooth curves, combined with the E slit running on top. The dual shade of the long slit, giving the perfect shape to the rotor pad, together with the E slit that adds great brake power leads to it performing well. When the visible slit on the rotor side fades away, and the letter ‘E‘ rises, it is time to replace your rotor. It is recommended to replace brake rotors at least once every two years even while in use as they may become damaged over time due to rust and corrosion.

E-Slit

• The E–Slit rotor features a long curved slit with four smaller E–Slits which ensures smoother shaving of the pad. This combination keeps the brake pad in optimal condition at all times. The rotor is specifically made with a special Endless carbon blend to bring about steady mu–values, reduced heat cracks, and maximum usage of the brake pad. The E–Slits have been designed to provide maximum shaving performance.

Special Heat Treatment Process

• Long–term and intensive utilization of a rotor can cause heating of the surface and cause it to contract, developing minute fissures referred to as heat cracks. In order to prevent this, sections of the rotor are given a special heat treatment which normalizes them and reduces the amount of heat cracks that occur due to intense operation. This has led to a longer lifespan for the rotor, allowing it to be used for a longer period of time without worry.

Blue Rotor Hat Finish

• The bell cap has been painted blue as an anti–rust measure and to make it more attractive.

Racing MONO4R

• Endless invested a great deal of time, resources and energy into creating the 4POT caliper version of the forged and molded Monobloc Calipers, conducting rigorous tests to try and reduce weight, durability, radiation, and so on. They conducted multiple procedures to make sure every detail was perfected before its completion. Additionally, they enabled the wheels to be installed at a size as small as 15 inches and also increased the number of installable wheels.

About Bedding

• In order to get the best results out of a pad that is intended to work with high temperatures, a process called ‘bedding‘ must be completed. This process demands that the pads be pre–heated before they are used heavily, thus allowing them to become optimally ready for use.
• Anyone participating in the most advanced form of racing (such as SUPER GT, WRC, and various European competitions) must possess the highest quality sleeping equipment.
• For optimal performance and longevity of the brake pads and rotors, it is important to perform a “bedding–in“ process prior to utilizing semi–metallic brake pads.
• How to Bed:
  • When using a vehicle with a new product, make sure to keep the rotor temperature between 400–500°C. Avoid using harsh braking. Additionally, add atari, and the process will be done once the temperature drops to 100°C or below.
