Forged Monobloc Caliper Body

• Endless‘ “never–ending challenge“ has led to the production of the Monobloc Calipers, an exceedingly resilient and lightweight product which was subject to immense pressures during the forging and molding process. The complex piston cylinder was made possible via the use of advanced special technology, before then being completed by the application of ultra–hard anodized aluminum. Having taken 4 years to develop and 1 year to perfect the prototype, the Monobloc Calipers have been rigorously tested over multiple races, with its specifications regularly adapted to maintain its competitive edge.

“E-Slit” Double Shaving Effect

• The impressive E–Slit Rotor is made up of a long slit that forms soft curves, in addition to the E Slit which sits above it. The long slit helps maintain ideal pad shape, as it gradually shapes the pad, and the E Slit provides an extra boost in braking strength. When the long slit on the rotor has disappeared and the letter E is more visible, it is likely time to replace the rotor. It is advised to change the brake rotor at least once every two years, as aging deterioration such as rust and corrosion could cause irreparable damage even during the period of use.

Ultra-Hard Alumite Caliper Body

• The calipers for our monoblock series are created with ultra–strong alumite, while the rotor bell housing is layered with a resilient cover. This ensures a longer period of effective alumite use during high–temperature circuit driving without discoloration.

Hard Anodized Finish

• The finish of choice when it comes to racing tracks is hard anodizing. A layer of aluminum oxide is created when the surface of raw aluminum is exposed to oxygen. This stops the aluminum from further decay, which could be compared to a rusting process. Anodizing takes this natural process to the next level and produces a layer of oxide that serves as a hard protection. This finish is better suited to track conditions and is more resistant to abrasions than paint or powder coating.

E-Slit

• The Endless E–Slit rotor features a long, curved slit that is accompanied by 4 smaller E–Slits. The large slit provides a smooth shave to the pad, and the small E–Slits supply additional friction to maintain the best condition of the brake pad. This rotor is made from a unique carbon blend formulated by Endless, granting better stability, less heat cracks, and improved performance from the brake pads. The slit design has been carefully optimized for the best possible shaving.

Special Heat Treatment Process

About Bedding

• In order to get the best results out of a pad that is intended to work with high temperatures, a process called ‘bedding‘ must be completed. This process demands that the pads be pre–heated before they are used heavily, thus allowing them to become optimally ready for use.
• Anyone participating in the most advanced form of racing (such as SUPER GT, WRC, and various European competitions) must possess the highest quality sleeping equipment.
• For optimal performance and longevity of the brake pads and rotors, it is important to perform a “bedding–in“ process prior to utilizing semi–metallic brake pads.
• How to Bed:
  • When using a vehicle with a new product, make sure to keep the rotor temperature between 400–500°C. Avoid using harsh braking. Additionally, add atari, and the process will be done once the temperature drops to 100°C or below.
