The Endless Racing MONO4/Racing MONO4R Front & Rear Performance Brake System provides superior stopping power and fade resistance in high–performance driving conditions. With its lightweight cast aluminum 4–piston monoblock calipers, the system is designed to optimize heat dissipation while providing a strong, efficient brake response. Its drilled and slotted front rotors, matched with the precision matching rear rotors and performance brake pads, deliver superior stopping performance while decreasing brake dust and reducing rotor wear. The Racing MONO4/Racing MONO4R system has also been extensively tested and validated through motorsports racing to ensure overall performance and reliability. Endless put a lot of effort and thorough review into the creation of their 4POT caliper version of forged and molded Monobloc Calipers. They tweaked the details over and over until they reached the perfect shape to ensure that their product was lightweight, resilient and safe. Furthermore, they enabled installation of wheels up to 15 inches, providing many more options for customers. Endless has designed a lightweight, durable and radiation–proof model of a four–pot Monobloc caliper for all types of driving: racing, rallying, and street driving. Extensive testing was conducted to ensure strength and accuracy, and the calipers can accommodate wheels up to 15 inches in size. The materials of the highest quality were used to make sure that the calipers remain reliable and resistant even in harsh conditions. To maximize performance, it is best combined with Endless‘s RF650 Racing Super Fluid and matching brake pads.

Forged Monobloc Caliper Body

• Using advanced special technology, Endless created a process to clear the highly difficult piston cylinder in order to craft the Monobloc Calipers. With its body expertly lightweight and hard enough to compete in races, this product was the result of the “never–ending challenge“ and intense forging of several thousand tons of pressure over four years. After the completion of the prototype, the Calipers were tested in races and changed extensively until the perfect specifications were achieved. Finally, through ultra–hard anodized aluminum, the body was created and the Monobloc Calipers were brought to fruition.

“E-Slit” Double Shaving Effect

• The long curved slit and the ‘E‘ slit, located above it, are what make E–Slit Rotor so remarkable. The pads remain in optimum condition due to the twofold shading produced by the long slash, which increasingly enriches the pads, and the ‘E‘ slash, which gives effective brake strength, prompting an additional increment in the force of the brake. When the long slit at the rotor surface‘s side is not visible and the letter ‘E‘ rises to the surface, it will be time to replace the rotor. It is advisable to replace the brake rotor at least every two years during its use period even if it may become damaged as a result of aging deterioration such as rust and corrosion.

E-Slit

• The E–Slit rotor is equipped with a long curved slit and 4 additional E–Slits that provide a smoother pad shave and greater friction, allowing for consistently ideal brake pad condition. The rotor material is a custom–made carbon blend, a special Endless technology, which helps keep brake pad adhesive levels stable and lowers the chances of heat cracks while enabling it to perform to its fullest. The slit design enables the best possible shaving.

Ultra-Hard Alumite Caliper Body

• Endless monoblock series utilizes ultra–hard alumite in the caliper body and a strong ram coat on the rotor bell housing. This combination helps in postponing discoloration of the alumite even when used in high temperature situations while driving on a race track.

Hard Anodized Finish

• The final layer is a strong anodized coating, which is a preferred choice for track usage. This occurs when aluminum is exposed to the atmosphere, creating a hard surface film which prevents further degradation. This is a similar process to rust formation and is strengthened with anodizing. This creates a more durable and uniform finish which is far more resistant to wear and tear than painting or powder–coating.

Special Heat Treatment Process

• Prolonged and rigorous use of the rotor can result in surface heating and contraction, and subsequently, small fractures called heat cracks. Hence, to avoid this, special heat treatment is applied to the rotor components to normalize them, thereby decreasing the number of heat cracks generated during its frequent use. This method has elevated the rotor‘s lifespan, allowing it to be used for a prolonged period without any qualms.

About Bedding

• To get the most out of the circuit–dedicated pads and their excellent high–temperature capabilities, it is essential to first preform the activity called “bedding,” in which the pads are lightly pre–heated to prime them for hard driving.
• Competitions such as the SUPER GT, WRC and many races across Europe tend to feature the highest level of bedding.
• Prior to utilizing semi–metallic brake pads, bedding–in needs to be done correctly to ensure optimum high temperature performance and elongate the life of the pads and rotors.
• How to Bed:
  • When using a vehicle with an updated product, ensure the rotor temperature falls in the range of 400–500°C and avoid hard braking. Press start once the temperature reaches 100°C or lower and that signals the end of the process.
