This Endless MONO6 Sports / Racing 4 Front & Rear Performance Brake System for Lexus GS Series is designed to provide superior braking power and improved driving performance. The system features four–piston monoblock calipers and large floating rotors for improved stopping power, while the lightweight construction helps reduce unsprung weight. The brake pads are designed to provide a high level of grip and maximum heat transfer, while the stainless steel brake lines ensure maximum brake line pressure. This system is designed to improve braking response and pedal feel, while reducing brake fade and increasing overall stopping performance. The system is designed to fit all Lexus GS series models and is backed by a 1–year warranty. “MONO6 SPORTS“ features the latest processing technology which eliminates the external tubing used as a brake fluid conduit, reducing the risk of leakage due to pipe breakage. Additionally, the weight has been reduced, the stress balance has been improved in comparison to traditional models and the rigidity has been increased by 12%. Anodizing builds on this natural process, creating a strong, hard coating of aluminum oxide. The finish is more suitable for tracks, because it is more uniform and scratch–resistant than paint or powder coat.

About Bedding

• In order to ensure that the circuit–dedicated pads, designed to be heat–resistant, reach their full performance, it is required to go through the process of ‘bedding‘, which includes the application of heat, prior to its use.
• Competing at the top level of motorsports, like SUPER GT, WRC and other European races, is a sign of a professional racing career.
• Before using semi–metallic brake pads, it is important to carry out the correct “bedding–in“ procedure to guarantee top performance even at high temperatures, and to extend the lifespan of the pads and rotors.
• How to Bed:
  • When starting up a new item in a circuit, make sure to warm the rotor up to a temperature between 400–500° C, and avoid any extreme deceleration. Once that is finished, you can then include the atari and let the rotor cool down to a temperature of 100° C or lower, finishing the process.
