The MONO6 SPORTS TA utilizes the most advanced processing technology to remove the outer tubing, which is the path for the brake fluid to flow through, preventing any leakage of fluid due to pipe breakage. Moreover, the weight has been decreased and the stress balance has been enhanced when compared to the traditional product, and the rigidity has been increased by 12%. Monobloc Calipers are forged and molded using thousands of tons of pressure, and after four years of conception and one year of prototype testing, it finally was entered into races. The specifications were adjusted and the body was made to be both light and durable enough to compete. The highly difficult piston cylinder was made possible with special technology, and the body was completed with an ultra–hard anodized aluminum.

• It is essential to “bed“ circuit–dedicated pads that are built to withstand heat, by applying heat beforehand, in order to gain the full benefits of using them intensely.

• To ensure optimal performance and maximize the life of the pads and rotors, the correct “bedding–in“ process must be followed before using semi–metallic brake pads.
• How to Bed:
  • When beginning a new element in a circuit, make sure the rotor is warmed up to a temperature between 400–500° C, and avoid any sudden slowing down. After that, the atari can be put in and let the rotor cool down to 100° C or lower, completing the process.
