Endless 6POT Light / Inch-Up Front & Rear Performance Brake System w/ 2PC Rotors for 8V Audi S3
The Endless 6POT Light/Inch–Up Front & Rear Performance Brake System for Audi S3 is a comprehensive brake system upgrade designed to improve the performance of your vehicle. This brake system offers a 6–piston lightweight aluminum caliper in the front, as well as a 4–piston aluminum caliper in the rear. Both of these calipers have been designed to provide excellent braking performance and control, while providing a low weight for improved acceleration and handling. Additionally, the brake system includes high–performance brake pads and rotors, which are designed to provide maximum stopping power and fade–free performance. This brake system also features stainless steel braided brake lines, which provide superior brake pedal feel and increased stopping power. Finally, this brake system has been designed to fit perfectly with your Audi S3, making installation an easy and straightforward process.
The 6POT Light surpasses its predecessor, the 6POT, in terms of lightweight design while maintaining the same level of rigidity thanks to the forged aluminum two–piece calipers. To ensure reliable, controllable braking performance, pistons of various diameters are employed to stop uneven pad wear and optimize controllability.
The 6POT Light caliper offers stability when it comes to braking force, even in vehicles that have undergone high power tuning, making it the ideal choice for sports cars that are set to street spec and feature a high output engine.
Endless only uses top–notch materials and design when creating its calipers for any racing, rallying, or street use in order to ensure the best performance. These calipers are made for unbearable conditions and will not bend or have their accuracy affected. The maximum efficiency can be achieved by using the RF650 Racing Super Fluid in conjunction with these calipers. As a result, the apply and release processes for the pads will be precise and dependable.
The Endless Rear Inch–Up kit ensures that your factory rear brake caliper and handbrake are retained while still giving the advantages of a larger, Endless 2 piece performance brake disc. The adapter bracket shifts the factory caliper away, which facilitates the larger diameter disc. With the combination of Endless stainless brake lines, you can anticipate heightened performance as well as an enhanced feel in the brake pedal.
Blue Anodized Finish
- When aluminum is exposed to oxygen in the atmosphere, it develops a protective layer on its surface known as oxidation; a process that is similar to corrosion. Anodizing fortifies this layer, forming a strong layer of aluminum oxide on the exterior. This produces a smoother and sturdier finish, making anodizing the perfect option for items that need to have sliding tracks. Additionally, anodizing provides a more consistent finish than what could be achieved through painting or powder coating, and is more impervious to nicks and scratches.
“E-Slit” Double Shaving Effect
- The E–Slit Rotor is remarkable, mainly because of the elongated slit that gracefully creates graceful shapes, as well as the letter E located above it. The double–printing effect created by the merge of the prolonged slit and the letter E preserve the pad in outstanding condition. If only the letter E is noticeable and the long slit on the rotor is no longer visible, it is a sign that the rotor needs to be exchanged.
- It is advisable to switch out the brake rotor at least every two years, even if it appears to be working correctly, since rust and corrosion, as well as other indications of wear and tear, can cause it to become weakened eventually.
- It is imperative to ‘break–in‘ circuit–specific pads that are specifically designed to withstand high temperature levels to maximize their performance. This entails heating the pads prior to utilizing them heavily and for extended periods of time.
- Competing in the most prestigious motorsport events, such as SUPER GT, WRC, and other competitions held in Europe, is a true indication of the skill of a professional racer.
- It is important to carry out the necessary “bedding–in“ process before using semi–metallic brake pads to ensure optimal performance under high temperatures and extend the life of the pads and rotors.
How to Bed
- Before adding a new component to a circuit, the rotor should be heated to a temperature of between 400–500°C to prevent it from slowing too quickly. Once it reaches this temperature, the atari can then be inserted. Once done, the rotor should then be allowed to cool to a temperature of 100°C or lower, thereby finishing the process.
- The E–Slit rotor was crafted with the customer‘s comfort and convenience at the forefront of the design. Its lengthened curved slit, combined with four additional micro–sized E–Slits, gives users a smooth, close shave. The long slit, along with additional friction from the E–Slits, prevents the brake pad from losing its shape. Additionally, it is made from Endless‘ special carbon–blend, providing enhanced levels of mu and decreasing the likelihood of heat cracks, increasing its durability and optimising performance. The E–Slit rotor has been meticulously designed to deliver the finest shaving experience, making it an impressive product.
Cost Effective, and More On So Many Levels
- Steering discs made of steel are popular among racers and drivers because of their cost–efficiency and various advantages for performance. In addition, the feeling and features associated with the discs make them all the more appealing.
Special Heat Treatment Process
- Repeated and continuous use of the rotor can lead to increased heat formation, which could lead to the formation of small cracks (heat cracks) as the surface of the rotor expands and contracts. As a precautionary measure to prevent heat cracks from occurring when the rotor is used at higher speeds, a pre–treatment process was conducted to strengthen the rotor components. This has improved the expected life of the rotor, providing customers with greater assurance when operating it for longer periods of time.
Blue Rotor Hat Finish
- A brand new layer of blue paint has been applied to the bell to not only protect it from corrosion, but also to make it visually attractive.

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, unfortunately our website is unable to compensate dynamically for what can at times be volatile changes in the cost of items due to currency values fluctuating, changes in prices from suppliers, changes in shipping and import duties, and other factors. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. We will continue to do our best to maintain updated prices and we will always continue to offer our price match guarantees as well to ensure our prices are always the best for you. Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well.
For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
