Special Heat Treatment Process

• Under heavy use for long periods of time, the surface of a rotor can expand and contract due to the heat generated, which can cause small cracks (heat cracks) to form. • How to Bed:
  • When using a new product on a circuit, it is important to gradually increase the rotor temperature to between 400–500°C. Avoid heavy braking as this could cause damage. Once the desired temperature is reached, add atari and allow the rotor to cool down until it reaches 100°C or lower. This will signify the completion of the process.
